If your lender has changed and your lender pays for your insurance
from an escrow/impound account, your policy could be in jeopardy of canceling
for non-payment of premium. This is one of the most common reasons for
cancellation due to non-payment.
This is easy to correct. Please review your policy and if you find
that the lender information is incorrect, please call your Westwood Customer
Service Representative Toll Free at 800.676.5066. They'll take the
information over the phone, contact your lender and request payment for your
insurance.
